As an expat living in Thailand, I wanted to find a company where I could see myself growing and evolving. CLBS provides the safety and stability I needed to reach that goal.
The perks the company gives are not just “limited” to Friday gifts or free coffee but also covers extra team-building activities, paperwork, bonuses, weekly massages, etc… That being said, I’ve never worked in any company where the employer would care that much about its employees.
The working environment is also very professional and respectful as much as joyful and easy going. Not only the office is great, the location itself is amazing, facing mountains (Doi Suthep) in a splendid area in Northern Thailand, in Chiang Mai.
Apart from the landscapes, the city has an amazing number of good restaurants for almost any cuisine type, tons of good coffee shops and the friendliest local community.
As if this wasn’t enough, CLBS also gives back to local communities and non-profit associations (such as breast-cancer research or with food donations during the COVID crisis) which shows the care and efforts they put into giving and sharing.
They hire a substantial number of Thai people in various sectors which also shows the strong roots they intend to maintain in Chiang Mai.
