Your tasks. Your responsibility.
- Answer incoming calls (no sales), note callback requests, provide information.
- Summarising, structuring and forwarding information.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments.
- Document calls in our system.
Your qualifications.
- You are a German or Swiss German native speaker.
- You are over 22 years old.
- You have a good command of English.
- You have a completed bachelor’s degree or higher. No specific job experience needed, as we will provide training.
- You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner.
- You have very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature. These are requirements of the Thai authorities for you to have a work permit. If you do not meet these requirements, we will not be able to offer you a job in our company. If you are a German/Swiss German native speaker holding a Thai-ID/passport, you only must be over 18 years old and have a house registration.
